2. Services

We provide: AI automation and intelligent workflow solutions, web and app development, software solutions, Meta Business setup and management, Google SEO and marketing, social media management, creative design and branding, photography and video production.

3. Proposals & Agreements

All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work commences only upon written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit.

4. Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit is required before project commencement
  • Remaining 50% is due upon project completion or as defined in the project agreement
  • Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
  • All invoices are payable in GBP within 14 days of issue
  • Late payments are subject to 8% annual interest above the Bank of England base rate (Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998)

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment:

  • All project deliverables become the property of the client
  • AI Systems Limited retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, unless a confidentiality agreement has been made
  • Pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary AI models and internal tools remain the property of AI Systems Limited

6. Revisions

  • The number of included revisions is specified in each project proposal
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at £75 per hour

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate briefs, content and information required for delivery
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals (within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed)
  • Grant necessary access to systems, accounts and platforms as required

Delays caused by the client may affect project delivery timelines.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project details, business information and proprietary materials confidential, both during and after the engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • AI Systems Limited's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages
  • We are not liable for losses arising from third-party services, platforms or APIs

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice
  • All work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced
  • Deposits are non-refundable upon termination initiated by the client

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement with AI Systems Limited following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
